Description
Caller reporting in issue with the water heater, the light fixture along with the electric power. stated when she turns on the light in the apartment it makes her eyes drain and her body temperature gets hot. per her doctor she could die of it. added, that this issue was reported back in 2023 with building inspector dan eng. the issue remains unresolved.
