Date last observed: 19-jun-26; time last observed: morning ; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling expired permits; disabled acc: elevator/lift; ; additional information: the elevator has been down over a week and a half. there are two elevators and both are down. this building is 12 floors with plenty of people that have disabilities and are elderly. i¿m plenty of families with small children. i myself live on the seventh floor and have to navigate the stairs up and down with a baby this is absolutely atrocious.;
