Date last observed: 10-feb-26; time last observed: 12:00pm; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling other building; disabled acc: elevator/lift; ; additional information: complaint 202653610 is still an issue for the building. we are now at almost 9 months of having an inoperable elevator. out of that time only 2 weeks where then elevators both were working. it is still long waits to get to units. i have put in several maintenance requests. december, february, and june. can someone please get the building/property managers to address this issue. the building is 14 stories (and a basement garage) with 165 units, there are 2 elevators. the problem began around oct. 2025, when 1 (the smaller one) of the elevators broke down and was out of service for 4+ months leaving 1 working elevator. once that elevator was fixed, within a month, the 2nd larger elevator broke down. it has been out of order going on 3 months. the elevator in question now is the large
