Description

1306 is the unit that has no hot water. problems have started on june 23rd. tried to relight, but this did not work, and pilot light was still out. therefore, notified landlord by email next day. did not hear back on june 24th. meanwhile, had a guy from ace plumbing coming out to assess on the 25th. he said it's a really old water heater that should be replaced. on june 26, ace plumbing sent an email the landlord, ccing the tenant. on that date, tenant printed letter and sent certified mail, received on june 29th. and yesterday, june 30th, tried call and ended up having to leave a message regarding the heater and delivery of the letter.
